Bjorn has long history of studying mindfulness and especially in relation to health and well being. While no longer teaching the 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program he continues his own study and practice of Mindfulness. He first trained and qualified as a MBSR teacher in 1998 and continues to guide people in simple exercises in mindfulness in his acupuncture sessions to the best of his abilities.
