Tai Chi for Joint Health

Arthritis Australia recommends Exercise, Tai Chi and Mindfulness (MBSR) as part of strategies to manage the pain and discomfort of Arthritis and promote relaxation.

Join Bjorn in this 7 week course that will teach you gentle Tai Chi techniques specifically designed for joint pain, basic mindfulness practices and current medical approaches to managing chronic pain.

This course if for you if …..

  • you have arthritis or other joint pain
  • you suffer from stiffness or soreness
  • you want to have less pain and discomfort
  • you want to feel more relaxed, physically and mentally
  • you want more freedom of movement
  • you want to learn simple movements that can be done by anyone standing or sitting
  • you want to maximise ease of movements as you get older
  • you are willing to invest a few minutes a day to get back the joy of easy movement.
